Mary Leste, Chief Executive Officer, Senior Smart, Inc.

Ms. Leste brings over 17 years of experience in management and marketing. She began her career in the healthcare industry as a business manager for American Best Clinics, a group of multi-specialty clinics in Los Angeles, California. Before co-founding her current list of companies she worked as an independent business consultant in the medial industry, and started her own MRI Corporation. Ms. Leste is Co-Founder and CFO/Executive Director of Tender Loving Care Home Hospice, a State Licensed, Federally Certified and Joint Commission Accredited hospice program which operates in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. She is Co-Founder and CFO/Executive Director of Access TLC Caregivers, which specializes in caring for geriatric patients in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

Ms. Leste is also a Co-Founder and CFO/Executive Director of Moorpark Health Care Center, a 10-bed skilled facility which is state licensed by the Department of Health Services, and is the only facility of it’s type in Ventura County and is the only facility which offers in-patient Dialysis. The facility handles acutely ill patients which require skilled nursing care on an ongoing 24 hour basis. Ms. Leste is also a Co-Founder/CFO and member of the Board of Directors of Loving Heart Hospice Foundation a 501(c) 3, which benefits the terminally ill. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Ventura County Homecare Association and is their Active President. Ms. Leste is a licensed nurse in the State of California, a Certified Senior Advisor and also a graduate from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Business and Management, and a minor in Spanish. Ms. Leste holds Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator Certificate.

Michael Leste, President, Senior Smart, Inc.

Mr. Leste brings nearly 20 years of experience in management and marketing. He began his career in the health care industry as an account executive for Technosound Diagnostics Corp. Mr. Lest Co-founded M2 Medical management, and soon after co-founded New Tech Imaging center in Beverly Hills California offering MRI, CT, and Ultrasound diagnostic testing.New Tec was later acquired by an Orthopedic group in Beverly Hills. Mr. Leste later founded Teradyne LLC, a boutique online marketing firm after identifying the rapidly growing Internet marketing segment. Catering mainly to his many contacts within the medical community in Southern California, Mr. Leste began offering “performance based marketing” initiatives to the Medical industry.

Mr. Leste later spearheaded the successful acquisition of PowerClick Corp. on behalf of Econnect, a publicly traded and fast growing "dot com." It was during this acquisition period where he met Mr. Dominique Einhorn the founder of Powerclick.com and now, the active CTO of Senior Smart Inc. Mr. Leste brings a unique knowledge of the synergies and nuances that exist between a mature and conservative Medical Industry, and the ever changing and endless opportunities available via the Internet and the online marketing industry.

Mr. Leste has a proven track record in successful entrepreneurial ventures and graduated "Cum Laude,"with a BA Degree in History from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, N.C.

Shelley Chilton, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Smart, Inc.

Ms. Chilton brings more than 20 years of experience in the medical practice development and business development. She has been the Business Development Vice President for HealthMark, a division of Catholic Health West Hospitals. She was responsible for all aspects of business development, organization for all affiliated Hospitals in Southern California. She has been the Business Development Director for Tenet Hospitals Systems and Granada Hills Hospital. She currently holds her Real Estate and Insurance Licenses in good standing, and holds Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator Certificate.

Dominique Einhorn, Director of Marketing, Senior Smart, Inc.

Dom (Dominique) Einhorn is a veteran in the performance-based online marketing industry. Mr.Einhorn generated his first lead on behalf of a client back in 1993 and has produced well over 1 million leads since that time across a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services and travel primarily. Mr. Einhorn's lead generation work has directly contributed to well over $100 million in gross client sales transactions.

Mr. Einhorn earned his Masters degree from the renowned "Universite des Sciences Humaines de Strasbourg" (France). In 1996, Mr. Einhorn founded Powerclick, Inc., which he sold to a publiclytraded company in the spring of 2000 in an eight-figure transaction. Mr. Einhorn's current field of specialty consists of "customized lead generation". Leads are generated via a proprietary strategy that provides full accountability (beyond the “click”) to the client and takes the risk out of a client's marketing budget by charging only for the desired result: an actual lead.
